Sunflower Challenge and Abstract Fish

For the sunflower challenge on DPW. I am happy that I caught the sunlight on the petals. I'm only working with one yellow - cad yellow light. I think I needed more of a lemon yellow but I went over it until I felt it was the right shade of yellow. A bit built up in those areas but then lighter parts usually are.

Below is an abstract fish painting I was inspired to do based on just the colours and motion of a koi pond.
