Cuppa Tea

For the tea cup challenge on DPW. I thought I'd go more impressionistic with my brushstrokes.

"Jelly Belly, Jelly Beans" Hi Paula -- I just want you to know how I love your painting. I went to the States. actually for a memorial service for my favorite Aunt. I asked me sister to try to resist opening the package that would arrive from UK and she did resist. So at just the right time we opened it together. Just a delight. I'm going to have it framed in a rather generous frame -- I think it will look good with a wide border. I'm an artist too and just went to the Daily Painters site on a whim when somebody in the Wet Canvas forum mentioned it. Your painting just jumped out at me, and why not -- the subject, the colours and really nicely done. It's the first time I've bought a painting from any site. I hope you have a lot of luck with this. "Bathing Beauty" Great news! I got both the painting and your postcard in the mail today. You did such a good job of packaging the painting, putting it into the drawstring sequenced baggie and including a wooden picture stand with it. It exceeds my expectations. I like it a lot.
